Shakespeare Day

Once again, our students will have the opportunity to learn from top arts industry professionals as not one but three leading Shakespeareans will be visiting Queen's for thought-provoking and exciting workshops!

Stars of the National Theatre, Royal Shakespeare Company and hugely influential Shakespeare's Globe will be offering insight on Macbeth, Much Ado About Nothing and A Midsummer Night's Dream for 8 to 18 year-olds and this is going to be a great experience for English or performing Arts students!

There is a £20 discount for members of the Queen's community (£25 per person instead of £45 per person). Shakespeare Day is also open to young people outside the Queen's Community.

We had the most fantastic audition session last Saturday with a hugely positive, supportive atmosphere.

It was really pleasing to see excellent preparation and technique from everybody; the final casting decisions were very tough!

Under Milk Wood is well into rehearsals now, but audition sessions are imminent for Beauty & the Beast, The Hobbit and Matilda.
